    1. Validity of general conditions of sale
    1.1. General conditions of sale established to the purchase of goods between E-lpg.ee clients (hereinafter Client) and the owner of E-lpg.ee Roosmarii OÜ (hereinafter E-lpg.ee) are subject to legal relations.
    1.2. E-lpg.ee reserves the right to change these conditions and the product prices unilaterally. Changes and amendments of conditions and product prices take shall effect when the information is published on the web page www.e-lpg.ee
    1.3 . If, due to any technical terror, the price of Goods has become/changed unreasonably cheap in comparison with the ordinary market price and the Seller has not attached a notification that the deduction of the price is specially introduced by the Seller, the latter has the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Purchaser on the faulty price.
    1.4. When placing an order and making a purchase on the web page of e-lpg.ee, the Client confirms that has become familiar with the conditions of sale and agrees to them.

    2. Cart and the placement of order
    2.1. Client’s cart is created when the button “Add in the cart“ is clicked.
    2.2. Adding goods in the Cart does not mean the Client has to buy them.
    2.3. The Client can change the quantity of goods in the Cart and even remove them if necessary by clicking the red sign located next to the photo.
    2.4. When placing the order, the Client has to choose the suitable way of delivery and payment method and check if the Recipient’s and Payer’s data are correct.
    2.5. Correct data submitted in the order ensures problem-free delivery of goods to the Client.

    3. Paying for the ordered goods

    4. Transport and delivery of goods
    4.1. The Client can choose between different ways of delivery as follows:
    4.1.1. Smart POST automated parcel terminal, Omniva automated parcel terminal, DPD courier service.
    4.2. E-lpg.ee and DPD EESTI AS are not responsible for the delay or problems in relation to the delivery if the delay of products and the occurred problems are caused due to inaccurate or incorrect data submitted by the Client when placing the order.

    5. Cancellation of the order and the returning of goods
    5.1. If goods are not suitable or do not meet the Client’s expectations, they may be returned within 14 work days since the receipt of the goods. The returned goods have to be undamaged, unused and in original packaging. Refund for the returned goods is transferred to the Client’s bank account within 14 work days. In order to return goods, the Client has to send a corresponding notification to the e-mail address: info@roosmarii.ee
    5.2. The purchaser shall cover the sending costs of the returned goods.
    5.3. If the Client wants to exchange the returned product for some other product, the Client shall cover the sending costs of the returned goods. E-lpg.ee shall cover the sending costs of the new changed product only once. The purchaser shall cover all the following costs of the exchanges.
    5.4. E-lpg.ee shall cover the returning costs if the goods are damaged and it was impossible to detect it upon visual exterior inspection or are not caused when opening the package or the goods turn out to be something else than ordered.

    6. Warranty and returning of the goods not in conformity to the requirements
    6.1. The Client has the right to submit a complaint within two years since the receipt of the goods.
    6.2. If the defect is of technological nature, the Client may request the repair of the product or the replacement if repairing the defects is impossible or ineffective. Refund may be claimed in case replacement of the product within reasonable time has proved to be impossible due to the fact that it has run out stock.
    6.3. If an unexpected defect occurs, the Client has to send an e-mail to the address: info@roosmarii.ee with the information as follows: Client’s name and contact data; date of the submission of the complaint; occurred defect of the product, please also add photos; the claim has to be submitted to E-lpg.ee; the account number, a copy of the invoice if possible.

    7. Other conditions
    7.1. E-lpg.ee uses personal data submitted by the Client only for executing the latter’s purchase order. The data is handled confidentially and shall not be disclosed to a third party unless presumed by the delivery method selected by the Client and in cases prescribed by the legislation.
